How quickly will I get a reply after my request?
Within 24 hours. If your request is urgent, I try to reply sooner. I clarify the details and suggest the nearest convenient time.
What if I change my mind after my request?
No problem. You can cancel or reschedule the consultation at any time before it starts. No penalties and no obligations.
Do I need to prepare for the consultation?
No. All you need is a short request and the general situation. No files, tests or medical history required. Just tell me what worries you.
Can I book from another country?
Yes, the consultation is online — you can be anywhere in the world. It’s important to account for the time zone. Prices for other countries are discussed individually.
How do I pay for the consultation?
Once we agree on a time you’ll get a payment link. Cards and bank transfers are accepted. Payment is made before the consultation.
What if I need a doctor, not a consultation?
If the situation calls for an in-person doctor, I’ll help you understand which specialist to see and prepare your questions. I won’t leave you without support.
