An online consultation does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace an in-person doctor’s visit. For acute symptoms, see a doctor.
About the consultation and format
What is consultative support?
It's not treatment or diagnosis. It's helping parents understand their child's development, safe home practices, preparing for a doctor's visit, and creating an observation plan.
Who is a development consultant?
A specialist with a medical background who works at the intersection of medicine and parent support. They don't replace a doctor, but help parents navigate the situation.
How is this different from a pediatrician?
A pediatrician diagnoses, prescribes treatment, and performs examinations. A consultant explains, supports, provides a home action plan, and refers you to a doctor when needed.
Can I get a consultation without any files?
Yes. For the first consultation, you don't need medical documents, scans, or test results. Just your question and a willingness to talk.
How long is the consultation?
The first consultation is 30–45 minutes. Follow-ups are 20–30 minutes. The duration depends on the complexity of the situation and the number of questions.
Can I book from another country?
Yes, the consultation is online — you can be anywhere in the world. Just keep the time zone in mind. Pricing for other countries is discussed individually.
About the working process
How does the first consultation go?
30–45 minutes online. You describe the situation, I ask clarifying questions, explain what I see, provide safe recommendations, and outline a plan for the next step.
What is an action plan?
It's 3–5 specific actions over 2–4 weeks: exercises, massage techniques, games, and observation criteria. Not 50 items, but a realistically achievable plan.
How does the follow-up after 2–4 weeks work?
We discuss what has changed, what's working, and what isn't. We adjust the plan or decide whether a doctor is needed. You can continue with support or wrap up the work.
What is a video review?
Parents record a short video at home — how the child moves, sits, crawls. I review it and give feedback: what to do, what to change, and which exercises are suitable.
How often are follow-up consultations needed?
It depends on the situation. For light support — once a month. For personalized support — every 2 weeks. We always discuss this individually.
Can I cancel or reschedule the consultation?
Yes, at any time before it starts. No penalties or obligations. Just message me — and we'll arrange a new time.
Pricing and payment
How much does the first consultation cost?
170 zł for 30–45 minutes online. It includes a developmental review, answers to your questions, safe home activities, and a plan for the next step.
Are there discounts for returning clients?
Yes, long-term support comes with loyalty terms. We discuss this individually after the first consultation.
How does payment work?
After agreeing on a time, you'll receive a payment link. Cards and bank transfers are accepted. Payment is made before the consultation.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the consultation. For late cancellations — rescheduling to another time without losing your payment.
Why aren't there fixed prices for ongoing support?
Every family is unique. After the first consultation, I suggest a suitable format and price. No "oversized packages" or unnecessary services.
What about pricing for other countries?
Prices are listed for Poland. For other countries, pricing is discussed individually, taking currency and time zone into account.
Privacy and data
What data is collected when I submit a request?
Name, contact, child's age, and a general question. No medical documents, scans, or test results at the first step.
Where is my data stored?
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Polish law. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing without consent.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, at any time you can request the deletion of all your data from the system.
Is it safe to send videos?
Yes, files are used only for the consultation and are not shared with third parties. They are not published and are not kept longer than necessary.
Do you use stories for marketing?
Only with explicit permission from the parents. No publications without consent.
Doctors and diagnoses
Do you make a diagnosis online?
No. A diagnosis can only be made by a doctor in person after an examination. I provide a consultative review, an action plan, and a referral to a specialist when needed.
Do you prescribe treatment?
No. I don't prescribe medication or override your doctor's recommendations. I suggest safe home activities: exercises, massage, and games.
How do I know if a doctor is needed?
Acute symptoms, worsening condition, or significant developmental delay are signals to see a specialist. During the online consultation, we'll review your situation.
Which doctor should I see?
It depends on the symptoms. A pediatrician is the first step. A neurologist — for hypertonia or seizures. An orthopedist — for support-related issues. A speech therapist — for speech delay.
What should I bring to the doctor?
The maternity hospital records, previous discharge summaries, and a list of questions. During the online consultation, I help you prepare questions and structure the information.
Can I combine the consultation with treatment from a doctor?
Yes, and that's optimal. The online consultation is for planning and support, while the in-person doctor handles diagnosis and prescriptions.
Technical questions
How does the online consultation work?
Via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp — as agreed). You need a phone or computer with a camera and internet access.
Which app is used?
Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video — your choice. I send the link 1 hour before the consultation.
Do I need a computer?
No, a phone with a camera and a stable internet connection is enough. The main thing is a quiet place and the ability to talk freely.
How should I record a video for review?
30–60 seconds, showing how the child moves naturally. A phone is enough — no professional recording needed.
What if the connection drops?
I'll call back or reconnect. If the problem is serious — we'll reschedule the consultation at no extra cost.
How do I get the plan after the consultation?
I send a written plan within 24 hours after the consultation to your email or messenger.
Parents’ stories
We didn’t know whether to worry. After the consultation we understood everything was within the norm and got clear observation criteria. We calmly watch at home.
We were afraid we’d have to buy expensive support. But after the first consultation they said one meeting and observation were enough for us. Honestly.
We thought a consultation would be complicated. In reality — 30 minutes of talking, a clear plan, and we finally understood what to do about our son’s motor skills.
