Consultative support: from request to result
5 simple steps, conveniently from home. No medical documents, no panic and no obligation to continue.
An online consultation does not make a diagnosis and does not replace an in-person exam.
- 1. Short request without files
- 2. Clarifying the question and format
- 3. A 30–45 minute consultation
- 4. A written action plan
- 5. A check-in after 2–4 weeks
How it works
A step-by-step path from your question to an action plan. How the consultation is structured, what happens at each stage and what you get as a result.

5 steps of consultative support
Request
You fill in a short form: name, contact, child’s age, general question. No files or medical documents.
Time: 2–3 minutes. No scans, tests or images.
Clarification
Within 24 hours I get in touch to clarify the question and offer a convenient time. We discuss the format: a consultation only or ongoing support.
The format depends on the situation, not on a wish to “take the maximum”.
Consultation
30–45 minutes online. We review the child’s development, I answer questions and give safe home recommendations.
No panic, no promises of a cure, but with specifics.
Action plan
After the consultation you get a written plan for 2–4 weeks: exercises, observation criteria, when to worry.
The plan is realistic and doable. Not 50 exercises, but 3–5 concrete actions.
Check-in and adjustment
After 2–4 weeks we check in: what changed, what is working, we adjust the plan or decide whether a doctor is needed.
You can continue support, switch to another plan or finish.
What happens during the consultation
How the conversation goes
- • You tell me what worries you — no preparation and no files
- • I ask clarifying questions about development, history and current actions
- • I explain what I see in the situation — in plain language, without medical jargon
- • I give concrete safe recommendations: what you can do, what is better to avoid
- • Together we shape the plan for the next step
What does NOT happen
- • I don’t make a final diagnosis from a video or words
- • I don’t prescribe treatment and don’t cancel your doctor’s orders
- • I don’t say “it will pass on its own” without a concrete plan
- • I don’t sell you a “miracle method” with guarantees
Video review: how it works
Parents film a short video at home — how the child moves, sits, crawls, stands. No professional filming is needed, a phone is enough.
I watch the video and give feedback: what to do correctly, what is worth changing, which exercises suit your child specifically.
The video review is part of the support plans. At the first consultation we discuss whether it is needed in your situation.

After the consultation — 4 possible paths
The format depends on the child’s real situation, not on a wish to “take the maximum”
Observation is enough
Development is within the norm. We give observation criteria and age-appropriate recommendations. You can calmly observe at home. No additional plans.
Development monitoring
We add light monthly monitoring: progress check, 1 video review, report. For parents’ peace of mind. 120 zł / mo.
Personal support
Regular support with an individual plan, chat, extended video reviews. For most families. From 490 zł / mo.
In-person specialist
If a doctor is needed — we help you understand which one, prepare questions and accompany you to the visit. We don’t leave you on your own. Referral.

Expectations vs reality
What parents sometimes expect and what actually happens
- Expectation→
The specialist will give an exact diagnosis from a video
RealityOnly an in-person doctor makes a diagnosis after an exam. I give a consultative review and a plan.
- Expectation→
They will prescribe treatment and cure everything
RealityI don’t prescribe treatment. I give safe home actions and refer you to a doctor when needed.
- Expectation→
Many documents and tests are required
RealityAt the first consultation — no files. Just a short request and readiness to talk.
- Expectation→
It’s a long and complicated procedure
RealityThe request — 2 minutes. The consultation — 30–45 minutes. The plan — clear and doable.
- Does not diagnose online
- Does not prescribe treatment
- Does not replace an in-person doctor
- For acute cases — referral to a doctor
An online consultation is consultative support, not treatment. For acute symptoms, see a doctor, go to the ER (SOR) or call the emergency number.
Parents’ stories
I thought a consultation would be hard and scary. In reality it was simple: 30 minutes of conversation, a clear plan, and I finally understood what to do about my son’s motor skills.
We didn’t know how to prepare. Turns out — no prep needed! We just joined the call with a question. We got a massage and exercise plan. Two weeks later we already see results.
We were afraid the specialist would sell us expensive support. But after the consultation he said one meeting and observation were enough for us. Honest and calm.
Questions about the process
How quickly will I get a reply after my request?
Within 24 hours. If the request is urgent, I try to reply faster. I clarify the details and offer the nearest convenient time.
Do I need to prepare for the consultation?
No. All you need is a short request and the general situation. No files, tests or medical history needed. Just tell me what worries you.
What if I’m not in Poland?
The consultation is online — you can be anywhere in the world. It’s important to account for the time zone. Prices for other countries are discussed individually.
Can I book again after we finish?
Yes, at any time. Many families come back a few months later with new questions or when the child moves to a new stage of development.
What is an action plan?
It’s 3–5 concrete actions for 2–4 weeks: exercises, massage elements, games, observation criteria. Not 50 points, but a genuinely doable plan.
How does the check-in after 2–4 weeks work?
We discuss what changed, what is working, what isn’t. We adjust the plan or decide whether a doctor is needed. You can continue support or finish.
